Can I order a shirt with a name on it?

Yes. Personalised shirts can also be ordered during the event. Shirts ordered at the event will be produced after the JVD Open and shipped approximately 4–6 weeks after the event.

Until when can I place a pre-order?

The pre-order window is open until 1 October 2026.

When and where can I collect my order?

Orders can be collected from the JVD Open Merchandise Booth during the event’s official opening hours. Please check the JVD Open schedule for the latest information.

How will I know when my order is ready for collection?

We’ll send a pickup notification to the email address used when placing your order.

Can someone else collect my order?

Yes. Please make sure they can show your order confirmation or pickup notification.

What happens if I cannot collect my order at the event?

If an order intended for pickup needs to be shipped after the JVD Open, we’ll send you an additional invoice with a payment link for the applicable shipping costs. The order will be shipped after this invoice has been paid.
